Happy Weekend

Aunt Nancy came over last weekend and brought three of the most gorgeous kale plants! I wish you could see them in person, all purple and green and ruffled and amazing.

We also planted bulbs and raked some leaves--all the fun stuff you do in the garden before the snow sets in (which was yesterday). That means, this weekend is for yanking away all the dead stuff. Not what I call fun, but I know it will be worth it to see what pops up next spring!
