Lola wanted to wish y’all a Happy Chanukah.
Then she realized she spelled it wrong….
Ever the perfectionist, she attempted to rearrange the blocks.
Look, she came up with a whole new way to spell Cukb (aka: Hannuakah).
Happy Days Ya’ll!
PS: If your cat child is not a genius like mine, you can use your alphabet blocks to make a super nifty menorah, courtesy of Creative Jewish Mom.
your kitty is a creative genius… 🙂
ok you are my sister from another mister i swear. i am OBSESSED with wood kid’s blocks!
in college my small-town MN friend wished the only jewish person she’d ever met ‘Happy Chaka-Kahn’. Fer reals.
Happy Cukb, oh Peachy one!
I know it’s not the point of the post, but I just can’t help myself: What a beautiful kitty!
Your child is obviously a genius as mine are still learning to read. Love the blocks, they look great!
xo Mary Jo
Boy, my cat cannot spell like yours (she IS a beauty) but she would LOVE to knock them down, given half a chance. blocks, balls, toys…what fun! thanks for showing us your baby…
Thanks Guys! Lola really enjoys hearing your comments. She knows she is beautiful (boy-oh-boy does she know it!)…but it’s always nice to hear! ANd yes, she is a genius.
Becca-Jo –Im pretty sure we must be related too! It’s the bond of wood and wool! HAHA….and that story is too funny bc Lola’s middle name is, get this; Chaka Kahn. I’m not even kidding. Yes, my cat has a middle name (actually two) AND a birth announcement to show for it! and Yes, I named my cat after Chaka Kahn. The similarities between the two of them are remarkable. I never picked up on the idea, perhaps Lola was trying to spell her name with the blocks?! SHE IS A GENIUS!
Of course Lola has to make a cameo for the holiday! Just wanted to stop in and wish you a Happy Channukah!
