AND IT’S GOOD. That’s right: she is a gorgeous, successful smarty pants with a kickass blog and someone just paid her a boat load on money to dress up like Effie Trinket. If she wasn’t so cool, I’m certain I’d feel compelled to hate her. As is, I’ll settle for seething jealousy. Seriously, people, just look at these eyelashes:
