Love the color of the polish and the lobster door knocker! Great find that door knocker! Also wanted to wish you a belated Happy Birthday, Aunt Peaches! Yes, I cheated! I was reading a post from last year and realized your birthday was just a couple days ago. Hope you had a GRAND time at what ever you chose to do! Here’s to many more!
Knock, knock, knockin’ on Peaches’ lobster-adorned door to listen to some truly loved deep-cut Dylan, while munchin’ on G-F Joe-Joe’s from my favorite store, and wearin’ some ‘gley’ polish. Sounds great. Now scusimi while I go fetch one more cuppa coffee for the road… Welcome Back!
WAIT, WHA? Is that a thing? A real thing? They make peppermint JoeJoes? Mint oreos are my ultimate weakness. I might not even be able to handle this information.
“Toast” the movie is on Netflix instant – I was hoping for more, had not read memoir. Movie felt kind of forced, not sharp, not sweet, not really nostalgic. Nigel in movie was not an especially sympathetic character. And I really like British TV & movies. But I have been making a lot more toast lately.
I lurvvvvvvvvvved moone boy. Season two was fantastic as well and I hear they are doing a season three soon. I can’t wait.
I didn’t even know?! Oh man, I’ll need to catch up. First downton, now this…Brits get the best TV.

Thanks Sondra! Yes, it was last weekend. Thanks for the well wishes 🙂
Updated polish color of “glay” is so refreshing ! Love it. I gonna try to find it.
I think you’ll like it!

Nicki, you make me laugh 🙂 Glad to be back!
I’m so glad you’re re-reading Toast – I loved it! Nigel Slater seems like such a calm guy so it’s interesting to read about how he grew up.
I’m also glad you mentioned Chris O’Dowd – if you’ve not already watched “The IT Crowd” you need to! The “Final Episode” is on Brit TV this Friday!
I have seen a couple of the IT crowd but have never quite sunk my teeth in. I’ll have to try it!
Just wait…holiday peppermint Joe Joes!

Oh yes….but they are only around during the holidays. I may or may not eat them frozen. Year round.
